Dell XPS 13: High Performance Laptop with InfinityEdge Display

Posted on 13 September 2017

The modern world focuses on the design now more than ever before. Companies have to constantly brainstorm new ideas that can inspire a purchase from the customer. Newer features increase the probability of that product gaining popularity soon after its launch. The rest depends on the advertising campaigns and the reputation the company has procured over the years.

Similar is the case with Dell. Dell’s new XPS 13 has surely caught the attention of many on both social media as well as other platforms. The 13-inch screen laptop is perfect for those who prioritize portability more than durability. The starting price of the laptop is $800 on Amazon. The question of the price level being higher than it should depend on how much you know about the product.

The XPS 13 has a 7th generation Intel Core CPU, a long lasting and more efficient battery life as well as a stronger Wi-Fi. Gone are the days where you have to worry about the laptop being out of range at your home. Although the laptop is not as thin as that of Apple’s, it is lighter and made from machined aluminum that not only gives it a strong surface but also less weight. A soft carbon-fiber material deck is built on the inside to protect your fingers from any stiffness. You can easily type away for hours and not feel a thing.

The laptop comes in two colors, i.e., silver and rose gold. Both colors are beautiful to look at and make for excellent laptops in the workplace. The speakers of the laptop are too powerful for its good as the sound sometimes gets harsh when the volume is at maximum. Other than that, the laptop is a smart purchase at a price it is available at, and you should look into the idea of buying it.

Acer Predator Orion 9000

Posted on 11 September 2017

A gamers dream is to find a CPU that can power every single game there is in the world. There are many gaming CPU’s available in the market, but a common problem amongst all of them is the way they constantly get hot after hours of play. Somehow companies haven’t been able to get around the issue of making a design that can withstand hours of gaming.

Acer recently launched its newest and most promising CPU ever. The Predator Orion 9000 is not only impressive at first glance but is also over the top with its performance. This powerful beast has the newest Intel Core i9 edition which has an 18 core processor. However, the best part comes when we look at the graphic card or, in this case, cards! Yes, the CPU has two NVIDIA GTX 1080i graphic cards with up to 128 GB of DDR4 memory.

The reality is that the cards get so hot that the company had to install a liquid cooling system and five fans for exhaust. The company also considered the many environments the customer might live in therefore advise them to put the CPU in an open area rather where air can circulate through the fans.

When you consider the price, Acer promises that the CPU will be available from $2000 to $3000. The newest feature, however, does not revolve around the specs but the wheels Acer has attached to its new CPU. They considered that many users might take the CPU out from underneath the desk to add the keyboard or mouse wires which are why they installed the wheels. It will save many customers from a lot of stress trying to pull out the CPU and can also be safer while moving the CPU around the house.

Canon EOS Rebel SL2 For Creating Magical Moments

Posted on 05 September 2017

The Canon EOS Rebel SL2 has been just been released. It has been 4 years since the launch of its predecessor, the original EOS SL1. Keeping the duration of time between the SL1 and its successor in mind, you would expect the new product to have massive upgrades relative to the former model. However, despite enjoying the comfort of almost half a decade, Canon fails to provide significant novelty in their latest product.

Be that as it may, the Canon EOS SL2 still has a few tricks up its sleeve, which serve as key selling points when it comes to Canon’s smallest DSLR.

o Highly compact design with a first-class camera experience.
o Weighs only 453g.
o 24.2 Mega pixel CMOS imaging censor with Dual Pixel CMOS AF.
o Like the SL1 before it, the SL2 has a 9-point AF system.
o Full HD 1080p 60p movies with electronic image stabilization.
o There is also a user guided interface to provide help and support for new users.
o WiFi, NFC and Bluetooth Connectivity.
o Continuous shooting after 10 seconds. Self-timer from 2 to 10 shots.
o Better control over the camera from a more profound grip design.
o 3 inch fully articulating LCD touch screen

The Rebel SL2 is easily the smallest DSLR available, perfectly convenient and extremely portable. This one pound gadget is the best option for you if you happen to travel a lot. Despite its redundant affinity with the SL1, there are some vivid differences as well, which is why the SL2 is a very good gadget to have, especially if you have a problem handling large, massive DSLRs.

The developers at Canon made sure to give special significance to the design and handling. Available in 3 different finishes, namely white, silver and black, the Rebel SL2 has a deeper grip, which makes it much more convenient for on-the-go users. All in all, there may be subtle differences between the SL2 and its predecessor, they are just enough to label the SL2 as the “new” edition to Canon’s most popular franchise.
