Android smartphone giant Samsung has finally launched the Galaxy S9. Tech enthusiasts will welcome the subtle enhancements the company has made this time maintaining the feel and look similar to S8. The company has opted for the strategy often followed by various rival brands. Samsung made minor modifications that resulted in a boost of the overall performance of the device. Also, the users will find various cutting-edge features in S9 – not available in S8.

Samsung Galaxy S9 comes with a durable aluminum rim. The smartphone is also incorporated with Gorilla glass for absolute protection against minor fall damage (the screen is layered with five glass coatings). You will find the thickness of bezel has been reduced a bit above and below the screen making it a top-notch smartphone – and some say it has already given the iPhone X a run for its money.

Also, the company has done considerable work and finally moved the fingerprint scanner beneath the camera of the phone. The designers and developers have used metal and glass to design and kept its curved display. The Galaxy S9 is also IP68 water-resistance. The handset also features a microSD card slot.

The display offers rich colors with splendid contrast which put its rival brands in the rearview mirror. Although it is curved with 5.8 inch AMOLED quad-brightness, the handset allows you to customize colors adjusting the amount of green, blue, red as per your choice. The Galaxy S9 supports mobile HDR10 streaming HDR content from Amazon Prime and Netflix.

Moreover, Samsung has considerably enhanced the sound quality of the phone, featuring dual speakers in the device. As for the camera, you will absolutely love what the tech giant has done; the developers came up with an innovative camera with dual-aperture shutter and a powerful frame.
