Motorola once ruled the mobile phone industry when it launched the Razor, but lost a huge chunk of its customer base to other brands such as Nokia, iPhone and Samsung. However, almost a decade later, it has made a noticeable comeback to the industry by launching the most advanced and interesting smartphones.

The all new Moto Z is Motorola’s most advanced mobile phone and comes packed with a number of interesting features.

Features:
o 5.5 inch screen with Quad HD display
o 4GB RAM for ultrafast performance
o 32GB built-in storage. You can also expand the storage up to 128GB with a micro SD card
o Android 6.0.1
o Modular Moto Mods that allow you to be creative with your phone
o Only 5.19mm thick making it the thinnest phone in the world
o 13MP rear and 5MP from cameras for high quality pictures and 4K video recording
o Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor
o 2,600 mAh long lasting battery so you would not have to look for a power source every now and then

Design:
Moto Z does not have a curved back like other Motorola phones. Instead, it has a flat back with huge and bulking out camera. Motorola designed it to be ergonomic but the extreme thinness makes it way to light and delicate to hold. Moreover, the rear picks up fingerprints easily. A major drawback of the design is the visible pogo pins used for Modular Moto Mods.

Pros:
o Lightening fast performance
o High quality display
o Latest version of Android
o Amazing camera results

Cons:
o Terrible battery life especially when Modular Moto Mods are attached
o Problems in auto-brightness
o No headphone jack

Conclusion:
The Moto Z offers you a new concept and ways of making your smart phone much smarter and fun to use. You can expand the battery life or turn your phone into a projector, loud speaker and what not. However, apart from the $500 price tag, the mods would cost you additional hundreds of dollars.
