Run Your Car on Water

Posted on 17 June 2010

Using water to do stuff is cool. Our post on the water fueled torch created quite the discussion. But how about a water fueled car? (Man you can find anything on Youtube). Well check check out the video, apparently all you need is a mason jar, some tubing and a whole load of crazy. In no time your car will be a melting heap on the side of the road. WTF?

Kinekt Gear Ring

Posted on 17 June 2010

Most guys aren’t really into jewelry. It’s one thing if you hitch up and slide on a wedding band, but beyond that, eehhh not so much. But if you’re are going to go for another ring, check out this cool ass gear ring. Looks awesome and it works! Well, works as in spins around and the gears move, what it actually does is, ah, nothing? It would be uber-spy-cool if you could spin the thing and have your garage door open and a martini slide out of the wall. That’s James Bond shit is where it’s at.

Top Gear T-Shirt Tag

Pretty much the most awesomest t-shirt tag ever. Yes, I love Top Gear, but don’t actually have this tee. Although the tag alone is worth it. Right from the mouth of Jeremy Clarkson I’d presume. Hey, also, BBC starts airing new episodes in the UK in a couple of weeks. That probably means end of summer / fall for the U.S. audience, but you can always find the current episodes posted on some site or another. I think Streetfire.net is one.

Who’s Not Getting a New iPhone on June 24th?

Posted on 17 June 2010

route-facetime-20100611 Raise your hand! (I’ve got to put mine down to keep typing, but you get the idea). Truth be told I am buying a new iPhone, but it sure sounds like it’s not going to be on June 24th. I saw a new ship date in July, and Apple has apparently suspended all pre-orders. Damnit. Begs the question how did they make the mistake? Get people buying, NOW. No one likes to wait, and a lot those that end up waiting don’t end up buying. Come on Apple. Kick up production already.
