Supercar maker Koenigsegg is out to buy GM orphaned Saab. Koenigsegg, maker of the legendary million dollar CCX is gather funds to put in a bid for General Motors cast off brand Saab. Cool we say. Saab being owned by GM was always an odd match. And as an entry point into the mainstream auto market, Saab seems a great fit for a supercar maker like Koenigsegg.

Though still unofficial, the soon-to-be-released Olympus EP-1 looks cool as hell. Jump in the wayback machine for a micro four thirds platform digital camera from Olympus. It sports a 12.3-megapixel sensor which should yield image quality of a bulkier DSLR. Interchangable lenses set this bad boy apart from other point and shoot platform cameras.

Best of all is the retro styling. Us photographers who remember shooting film cameras of the same shape and size will relive those fine film days, and probably fool a few old-timers and newbie shooters alike. It looks brilliant and we can wait to shoot it. Oh and HD video as well. Sweet.
