Fake Mac Book Pro
This ‘leaked’ picture of a new ultra-thin, ultra-portable MacBook Pro is making the rounds. It is rumored (and expected) that Steve Jobs will introduce a new super-thin MacBook Pro at this years MacWorld Expo. The 12′ Powerbook left the product line with the last major update and it’s long over due to return in some form or another.

The picture looks pretty iffy. For one, the smaller MacBook has a gigantic trackpad and button. It also doesn’t appear to have any form of optical drive. Well, it’s least it peaks our imagination for the real thing.

2008’s Macworld Expo runs January 14-18 at it’s usual winter venue - the Mascone Center in San Francisco. Keep those Mac rumor mills workin’.

That large trackpad area maybe a place to enter “touch” gestures. Guess we’ll see at Macworld next week.
